The supernatural, panoramic place Goa has its own glittering stance on the edge of the bluish Arabian sea, no doubt makes us crazy and fanatical too. Whenever it comes to the name Goa, it feels like a beautiful deep blue sea, bike riding, and cycle, crazy scuba diving, its brilliant beaches, scrumptious food, and Portuguese heritage. Panjim, the capital city located in the center is well-connected with an international airport and roads and trains run from North to South part of Goa. Goa has numerous beaches that attract millions of visitors. The Baga and Calangute are more popular for the Indian crowd. Anjuna and Arambol are crowded for a vast number of foreign tourists. The south beaches like Palolem and Agonda are more explored for its panoramic beauty. A former Portuguese colony, Goa also boasts of beautiful architecture from the colonial era with many churches and old-style bungalows. The local inhabitants are very friendly and celebrate many festivals throughout the year. It usually starts on 25th Dec and ends on 2nd January. Vast numbers of tourists like foreigners are coming to join the celebrations in churches and enjoy the nostalgia of Goa. While the seafood is excellent, Goa has one of the best nightlife in the country with trendy bars, beach shacks, elegant cafes, and many clubs and discotheques. Though it is the lower price alcoholic state, a big thanks to the youngsters who are coming to enjoy the alcoholic celebrations with a minimum charge.
Last year, I visited Goa with a million enthusiasm and excitement to feel the beauty and serenity of the place. We were at south Goa Prestige Resorts which was very decent from the sea beach. We took a bike and visited many nearby sightseeing places. We enjoyed the sunset when the sun mixed with the deep blue, the combination of colors appeared I never expressed until unless anybody could see. How stimulating and picturesque it was! Goa, Goa, Goa- a majestic place, filled with full enjoyment, a huge enthusiasm for cruise dance which is very popular. We joined in cruise dance and a piece of loud music offered with selected drinks, fetched me an unknown place of life where happiness only existed. If it could have happened in real life!!
Now coming to the scrumptious food especially in sea beach resorts, the quality of seafood is just awesome and appetizing. The gentle breeze of the beach having your delish food at hand a piece of lovely music at the background with multi-colored shadowy lights makes a place so supernatural and aromatic…!!! The beauty of Goa mesmerized me like one peg of wine which is very intoxicating never ever unforgettable. The gentle quotes of Rabindranath Tagore, “Clouds come floating into my life, no longer to carry rain or usher storm, but to add color to my sunset sky.”
